Perhaps you are considering taking steps to improve your health and wellbeing, or feel you need to make some changes but don’t know how, or where to start. The road to improved health can feel overwhelming but it really is just a step at a time, and the rewards are so great.

I’m a naturopath and very passionate about working holistically with people on their health journeys. I understand we all come from different places and face unique challenges and experiences {one size does not fit all} so finding what works for you and your body, is most important.

I’ve worked in a range of corporate environments and am no stranger to the stresses of a busy lifestyle, working long hours, shift work, and the burnout that commonly occurs as a result. When it comes to our health we can easily find ourselves caught in unhealthy patterns, and habits. It can feel tricky and overwhelming to figure out the path forward, and to identify or introduce changes that are right for us, and are achievable, and lasting. I enjoy working with people to find the road that works for them – educating and empowering them to restore the foundations of their health, and their relationship with themselves.

I grew up on a small hobby farm in Tasmania, where I developed a deep connection with nature, plants, and the powers of food as medicine. This beginning has become the foundation for a growing love and respect for herbal and nutritional medicine. I find myself in awe of the many ways herbs, nutrients and food can be used to restore balance in the body, mind and spirit, and to bring back a sense of health, vitality and wellness.

Completing a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) has allowed me to broaden my knowledge of both the art and science of natural medicine, and its application in our modern world. I approach my clients and clinical practice with compassion and a curious mind, and value scientific and evidence-based research just as much as traditional herbal wisdom.

I am passionate about working with people in all areas of health, however I particularly enjoy unravelling chronic and complex health issues, including (but not limited to):

  • Digestive health and disorders
  • Autoimmune and immune conditions
  • Anxiety, depression and mental health
  • Stress, fatigue and burnout
  • Women’s health

I finished my yoga teacher training in India in 2012, and enjoy all things creative, particularly music and writing. For more information you can check out my webpage, Facebook, or Instagram.

I would be delighted to assist with any health challenges you are facing, or questions you may have. I am currently available for consultations on Wednesdays between 10am-7pm.

Wherever you are now, it is the perfect place to begin. I look forward to meeting you soon.
